Ingredients

— 1.5 oz gin
— 1 oz vodka
— 1/2 oz Skinos Mastiha liqueur
— 1/2 oz fig syrup
— 1/4 oz fresh lemon juice
— Lemon peel
Prep
— Chill a coupe glass.
— Make or source fig syrup.
Method
— Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
— Shake hard for 12 seconds.
— Double strain into the chilled coupe.
— Express and drop the lemon peel.
Chef's Note: This is the one to make for someone who loves the Chios Vesper but wants something slightly sweeter and more fruit-forward.
