Ingredients

— 2 oz dry gin
— 1 oz vodka
— 1/2 oz Skinos Mastiha liqueur
— 1/2 oz Cocchi Americano
— Lemon peel
Prep
— Chill a coupe glass in the freezer.
— Cut a long lemon peel.
Method
— Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
— Shake hard for 12–15 seconds.
— Double strain into the chilled coupe.
— Express the lemon peel over the drink and drop it in.
Chef's Note: Skinos Mastiha liqueur is available at most well-stocked liquor stores or online. It's the signature Greek spirit — made from mastic resin harvested only on Chios. A small amount transforms the drink completely.
