Ingredients
— 🍸 THE BUILD
— 2 oz gin
— 1 oz vodka
— 1/2 oz Lillet Blanc
— 1/4 oz olive brine
— Lemon twist or olive
Prep
— Chill a coupe glass.
— Use quality Kalamata olive brine if possible.
Method
— Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
— Shake for 12 seconds.
— Double strain into the chilled coupe.
— Garnish with a lemon twist or a single Kalamata olive.
Chef's Note: Greek Kalamata brine is more complex than regular olive brine. If you have a jar of Kalamata olives, the brine is perfect here.
