Ingredients

— 2 oz dry gin
— 1 oz vodka
— 1/2 oz Mastiha liqueur
— 1/4 oz Lillet Blanc
— Lemon twist
— Optional: tiny pinch of sea salt
Prep
— Chill a coupe or martini glass.
— Cut a lemon twist.
Method
— Combine gin, vodka, mastiha, and Lillet in a shaker with ice.
— Shake vigorously for 12 seconds.
— Double strain into the chilled glass.
— Add a tiny pinch of sea salt directly into the drink if using — it lifts the aromatics.
— Express the lemon twist and drop it in.
Chef's Note: The mastiha is the key. Use no more than 1/2 oz or it will dominate. The salt is optional but recommended — Greek sea salt adds a subtle mineral note that ties everything together.
