Method
— Drizzle olive oil over the feta.
— Scatter capers.
— Sprinkle chili flakes.
— Crumble oregano over the top.
— Bake at 400°F for 10–12 minutes.

— Feta softened and creamy
— Edges starting to turn golden
— Capers slightly crisped
— Remove from oven.
— Drizzle honey over immediately.
— Serve in the dish with bread.
