— Quarter figs.
— Have honey, water, cinnamon, and vanilla ready.
Method
— In a small saucepan combine:
— Quartered figs
— Honey
— Water
— Cinnamon
— Cook over medium heat 8–10 minutes.
— You're looking for:
— Figs softened and jammy
— Syrup thickened and glossy
— Add vanilla, stir.
— Let cool slightly.
— Spoon yogurt into bowls.
— Spoon warm fig syrup over.
— Scatter walnuts.
— Final drizzle of honey.
